Engagement opportunities with the SSCP DTP
Partners are able to showcase their work in specific areas of interest, influence the students’ learning and understanding of these areas, engage them directly in exploring the importance of these areas, and encourage students’ interest in their organisation and possible career opportunities.
Partner engagement can take the form of:
- 2-8 week short-term placements.
- 3-6 month full-time secondments.
- 3.5 year studentship co-supervision, tackling a longer-term research objective.
- Input into the essential skills training modules.
- Speaking as part of the Grantham seminar series.
- Organising workshops and enterprise activities.
For more information, please contact us.
Engagement opportunities with the wider college network
The Grantham Institute is a hub for environmental research, and can help members of our wider partner network make connections at Imperial for opportunities for secondments, co-supervised PhDs, training, seminars and lectures, and new collaborative research / pilot studies beyond the doctoral and masters programmes.
